- Step 1
Rinse the chicken pieces then pat them dry.

Whisk milk and eggs together.
- Step 3
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag.
- Step 4
Dip a chicken piece in the milk then let the excess drip off.
- Step 5
Drop the chicken in the plastic bag then shake to coat it in the flour.
- Step 6
Remove the chicken and set aside on a covered plate.
- Step 7
Repeat steps 4 to 6 with the remaining chicken pieces.
- Step 8
Heat oil in a skillet.
- Step 9
Fry the chicken in batches for around 10 minutes per side (breasts may cook a little quicker).
- Step 10Remove cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside on paper towels to drain off excess oil.

my tradition
my family is American. we eat American food and listen to rap and r&b. the most common food that is consumed in my house is chicken. we eat chicken once every week. my favorite type of chicken is fried chicken.
